Hello, I still want to be a anonymous, but some details. 50+ married with 3 kids in Pittsburgh. I have been disabled my entire life and it's entirety is focused on survival. I have excelled at times but the periods are brief. My work when I could was in integrated medicine (Allegheny General Hospital and UPMC) and community behavioral health.

I am a Tibetan Buddhist, specifically Bon, and my view on mental health is Buddhist and my view on physical mostly biochemical/structural.
